  • Eve.API Fixes
    • Caching across sessions when the user cache file name was changed caused errors

    • Cache persistence is now handled automatically by the library
    • User and static cache files default to the platform-specific local application data directory

Notes
  • This is a beta release.
    • All of the queries used have not been tested with all of the database providers.
    • The documentation for the Eve.Data and Eve.Utility classes is not complete, and will be updated soon.
  • Please report any issues that you encounter and they will be addressed promptly.
  • The Eve.Data interface uses a database agnostic schema to store the Eve Official Data Dump
    • All boolean columns have been changed to integers, with 0 for false, and 1 for true
    • All text columns have been changed to varchar(4000) to handle the limitations of certain database providers
    • A table has been added to track the version of the database. This is used by the automatic updating system, but is not required for the main functionality of the Eve.Data interface
    • The actual table structure, along with SQL files to populate the tables can be obtained from the 'Eve.Data SQL Files.zip' download
